Barack Obama is the “Great Pretender.” He is actually the Great Pretender President!  He daily pretends that he is competent to carry out the important duties of the highest office in the land, when in reality he is not even qualified to occupy the highest office in the land. The Constitution states in Article II, Section 1 that in order to be the President of the United States, in addition to being thirty-five years old, and fourteen years a resident of the United States, one must also be a natural born citizen. So even if Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, which seems highly unlikely at this point, his father was definitely not an American citizen! So by that very definition, according to some highly credible sources, Mr. Obama is not even eligible to be the President of the United States period, end of report!

This argument would also apply equally to Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal, and Nicky Haley just as well. All of the political operatives who are suggesting that Marco Rubio, or Bobby Jindal would make a good vice Presidential candidate for Mitt Romney are only provoking an unnecessary Constitutional challenge and seeking to undermine not only the Constitutional argument that is being used against Obama, but the very Constitution itself. Nicky Haley, Bobby Jindal, Marco Rubio, and Barack Obama can all run for any other office in the land without question of qualification, but when it comes to the Presidency, the Constitution has a higher standard. Our President must be a natural born citizen! According to some very reliable sources that means that you must not only be born in the USA, but you must also be born to citizen parents as well.

For almost four years now since he was elected President in 2008, Barack Obama has been oddly ducking that nagging question as to just where he was actually born. Since the question was first asked, he has failed to produce a legally valid birth certificate that would prevent this controversy from continuing to grow. He has failed to produce the necessary documents that would end any lingering doubts. We are therefore left to draw no other possible conclusion other than to assume that he has something to hide.

Barack Obama is the "Great Pretender" President.  He pretends that he is a competent Commander in Chief, yet not only did he never serve in the U.S. military, he also has no great love or respect for the nation’s young men and women who do! He was never an officer or a commander of any kind, not even in the Boy Scouts! And his disdain for the young men and women in our nation’s military who serve at his command is evident every June 6th when he is remarkably absent without leave from our Nation’s annual commemoration of D‑Day, the day that American forces landed on the beaches of Normandy and began the invasion of Nazi occupied Europe.

Barack Obama is the Great Pretender President. But he doesn’t even pretend anymore to respect the law or the Constitution! He won’t protect our borders from a foreign invasion of illegal aliens. He does not enforce existing Federal Laws with respect to controlling illegal immigration, and he boldly proclaims to go where no other President has gone before. He will not arrest, nor detain and return to Mexico any illegal alien under thirty years old, just as long as they have attended public school in the USA. Isn’t that nice!

He also refuses to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act, which Congress passed and President Bush signed into law. Barack Obama continues to ignore the limits of his Constitutional authority while at other times he doesn’t even act upon the Constitutional authority that he does have! Not long ago President Obama said, ”If Congress won’t act then I will, because this can’t wait!” Then the Great Pretender President proceeded to circumvent the law and the Constitution, and made regulations that supplanted Congress and acted just like real laws. They are called administrative rules.

The United States is not a monarchy! It is not even a Parliamentary Democracy. We have three separate and co-equal branches of government with built in checks and balances just to keep something like this from happening. It is not the President’s job to interpret the Laws, nor to re-interpret them like he is now doing by ordering his Justice Department to sue the State of Arizona over their immigration law, Arizona Senate Bill 1070 which only seeks to enforce existing Federal immigration law. It is the President’s job to enforce those laws, just as they were written and passed by Congress, and just as they are interpreted by the Supreme Court. That is Barack Obama’s job!

You would expect that this so called Constitutional law expert who graduated from Harvard would already know that. But apparently he was either sleeping through his classes on Constitutional law, or he must have received his law degree from a Cracker Jack box, or an online diploma mill. If Barack Obama is not enforcing the laws than he is not doing his job! If he is not performing his job than he is negligent! His flagrant defiance of Congress is something that needs to be addressed at the ballot box in November!

Barack Obama is the Great Pretender President. Four years ago he pretended that he was qualified to run for the highest office in the land. He pretended that he was competent to discharge the solemn duties of that high office. He swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and he pretended that he would! He pretended that he wanted to bind up the Nation’s wounds and heal our divisions after eight very contentious years of George W. Bush. But instead he has only fueled those existing divisions and created even more divisions and greater strife than the division and strife created by George W. Bush!

He continues to fuel those divisions by interjecting the office of the President into purely local law enforcement matters from time and time much to the Nation’s dismay. He did it with the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. He did it once before with the arrest of the Black college professor for arguing with a Los Angeles Police Officer outside of his Hollywood home a couple of years ago. In using the office of the Presidency to spotlight unfortunate incidents like these, Barack Obama has only further divided our country along racial and ethnic lines!
