Barack Obama – 20th Wedding Anniversary in Office

I Hope Their Next Wedding Anniversary will be Spent Out of Office!

By Scott Rohter, October 2012

Apparently on the eve of the 2012 First Presidential Debate it was also Barack and Michelle Obama’s 20th wedding anniversary. I did not know that, and frankly I did not care to know about it. I was only listening to the debate for a frank and honest political discussion about where our country is headed, not a “High ya, look at me up here, and happy anniversary honey.”  I don’t think it was appropriate for the President of the United States to turn the First Presidential Debate into some kind of a nationally televised video greeting card for his wife, Michelle. I don’t care how much he loves her and the kids.  It was inappropriate and he shouldn’t have done it no matter when their anniversary date actually is. How dare he misuse his public office like that! It seems to me like he was trying to get a lot more mileage out of his wedding anniversary than it was actually worth.

Mitt Romney graciously let him get away with it, but I won’t. It was inappropriate and it shows what a self-absorbed, arrogant and egotistical little individual Barack Obama really is. It didn’t personalize him for me. Half the country can’t even stand him and his destructive socialist policies, and people are hurting economically under his yoke, and he had the audacity to get up there on stage at the very start of the Debate and say something to try and make himself look more appealing and personable to the American people. Almost the very first words out of his mouth were, “High ya honey, look at me up here and happy anniversary sweetie,” in front of over fifty million viewers. Paleeeeeze give me a break!  How self-centered, unprofessional, and out of place was that? Personally I think it was nothing less than shameless self promotion to use the date of their wedding anniversary that way! But it is the kind of self-promotion that I have come to expect from this man.

Doesn’t Barack Obama have any common sense, or a good sense of right and wrong? I know he doesn’t when it comes to his misguided domestic and foreign policy initiatives. But now I have seen first-hand with my own eyes that even on a smaller scale when it comes to simple basic rules of etiquette and social protocol, this President just doesn’t get it. He is simply clueless! He acts like the whole world revolves around him and Michelle!

From constantly bragging about catching Osama bin Laden, to bowing down before a Saudi Muslim Prince, to shamelessly wasting even one minute of the country’s time informing us about his upcoming wedding anniversary, this man is all about himself. That was obvious from the very start of his Presidency when he returned a valuable bust of Winston Churchill which had been given to our nation as a gift from England in spite of all the eyebrows that it raised. It was evident once again when he presented Queen Elizabeth with a gift C.D. compilation of several of his own speeches on the very first occasion of their meeting. And it is just as apparent in recent photographs of himself sitting in the Oval Office with his feet propped up on the desk. And now he wastes all of our time by telling the whole country at a Presidential Debate that he is thinks he is the luckiest man in the whole world to be married to Michelle Obama, and that he and Michelle are celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary. How very romantic, but sorry this was the wrong venue for that. He should do that some other time and place! Nevertheless congratulations anyway Mr. President on twenty years of marriage, but I sincerely hope that we won’t have to publically celebrate your next wedding anniversary with you and Michelle, while you are still in the White House!

AMEN! I agree 100% with this article. Barack Obama is an ego driven NWO pawn. There is nothing especially smart about him, and nothing great about his actions in the White House. I will ask the same question that I have been asking since January 2009. Can he be arrested for treason yet? In order to heal our nation we need to follow the Constitution and arrest those who commit high crimes and misdemeanors against our country.

    This is positively BRILLIANT
‘Shared on FB I have had it up to ‘here,’ with Obama’s constant references to “I’ll be in trouble if I’m late for dinner with Michelle,” & all of the other PR weirdness.

You’re a grown man, Barack. You’re the president. Everyone knows that yes, you have a wife & kids. Let People magazine cover their frilly outfits & lavish birthday parties, but frankly, all of this family talk is getting old, & making you look more & more like a pussy.

WAKE UP, MAN! Don’t you get it? You have an extremely short time as POTUS to make a difference, & you what? Wasted the time of 70 million people by making kissy-face with your wife on your 20th anniversary in order to what? Gain the sympathy vote?

Well, it didn’t work. I mean, Mr. president, IT DID NOT WORK.

We are led by an affirmative action nitwit, whose sole contribution to American life is reading speeches written for him by others. When he is not on Teleprompter, he has no clue.Ignorant. Liar. Fraud. Poseur. It would take an entire thesaurus to chronicle all of his supercilious, fatuous, false, demagogic, and irreverent remarks. But the people love him. Or that is the story we are told.Oh, well. We have the best government money can buy. I would like to know whose money? How ’bout all them anonymous campaign contributions, which were not traceable?I guess the fix was in.
