Do you want to see the population of Eugene increase to between 300,000 and 500,000 people, and have the metropolitan area served by an EmX Bus rapid transit system that would confiscate private property along the route, and run along parts, or all of 6th, 7th, 11th or 13th Avenues, and would cause LTD to borrow $86 million dollars from the Federal Government, which is already $15 trillion dollars in debt?

improvements to be made only as necessary?
