\u00a0Innocent Victims of\u00a0a Government Vendetta<\/strong><\/h1>\n

They have been in jail for almost two years now. More than once they\u00a0have been\u00a0forced to spend over a month in solitary confinement. Over and over again they have been\u00a0isolated from human contact for periods of\u00a0up to twenty-three hours and forty-five minutes a day in order to break their spirits and\u00a0get\u00a0them to\u00a0agree to\u00a0a government plea deal. \u00a0It hasn’t worked.\u00a0 The sons of Cliven Bundy are the totally innocent victims of a government vendetta\u00a0\u00a0directed\u00a0first at their father, but now directed at them as well as their two\u00a0younger brothers, Mel and David.<\/p>\n

Ammon and Ryan Bundy have been imprisoned without bail,\u00a0denied a speedy trial, and denied many of their other constitutional rights as well by a government that holds itself exempt from popular criticism, and a\u00a0Justice Department that\u00a0doesn\u2019t just dishonor the Constitution. It dishonors the entire nation as well.<\/p>\n

Ammon and Ryan Bundy are political prisoners in a country that is becoming more and more unrecognizable with each passing day. Each man has been severely beaten by prison guards,\u00a0\u00a0Ryan at the Multnomah County Detention Center in Portland, Oregon, and Ammon\u00a0 at the Southern Detention Center in Pahrump, Nevada. \u00a0After\u00a0being beaten\u00a0to within an inch of his life Ammon was stripped naked, tightly handcuffed with his\u00a0hands behind his back, and locked up in a three foot wide shower stall overnight.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On top of the deliberate and systematic physical abuse, the Bundy\u00a0family has been forced to\u00a0incur over a half\u00a0million dollars in legal bills, and\u00a0their courtroom battle is not even over yet.\u00a0All\u00a0of these things have happened to the Bundy family\u00a0because they dared to believe in the United States Constitution. They\u00a0dared to try and hold the “world\u2019s greatest democracy\u201d<\/em>\u00a0accountable. They have unmasked the truth about\u00a0America and\u00a0shown the whole world\u00a0that\u00a0the United States\u00a0government isn\u2019t\u00a0following the Constitution.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t sufficient for the federal government to lock up\u00a0only two brave\u00a0young men in the prime of their life and keep them\u00a0 away from their wives and\u00a0children for two years. It has also incarcerated their 71 year old father, Cliven\u00a0 and their two younger brothers, Mel and David.<\/p>\n

With all four\u00a0young men\u00a0as well as their aging father\u00a0locked up behind bars\u00a0\u00a0there are just two men left in the Bundy family who are not incarcerated… just two\u00a0men\u00a0who are not\u00a0 the target of\u00a0a government vendetta,\u00a0who\u00a0have been allowed to remain free, at least until now. All the Bundy women\u2026 the wives, the daughters, the mothers and the grandmothers have all been left to fend for themselves\u2026 to raise their children,\u00a0 run the ranch, and\u00a0try to manage their \u00a0personal and family affairs without the help of any of the men in their lives.<\/p>\n

Real American patriots… That’s what the Bundy’s are… Heroes of the first degree, every\u00a0last one of them… the men, the women, the mothers and the daughters,\u00a0 the fathers and the sons. They have all\u00a0been targeted by overly ambitious, career minded\u00a0federal prosecutors who are hell bent on destroying them. The governments War on Bundy\u00a0involves the Administrations of two American Presidents as well as\u00a0both political Parties. It is a bi-partisan, high stakes real life and death drama with real life and death consequences for everyone charged\u00a0with a crime. It has been allowed to play itself out in Federal District Court without\u00a0the\u00a0direct intervention of\u00a0Barack Obama or Donald Trump or either of their Attorney Generals.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Cliven\u00a0Bundy and his four sons are\u00a0American political prisoners right here in America. They are prisoners\u00a0of conscience in a country that is increasingly\u00a0being ruled by men and women without\u00a0any conscience. The next chapter in their\u00a0story\u00a0will be written in\u00a0Federal District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada\u00a0 where the United States government will once again\u00a0put the Bundy\u00a0family on trial for\u00a0simply refusing to surrender\u00a0their constitutional rights to the ash heap of history as required\u00a0by armed gents of a government\u00a0that doesn’t believe in\u00a0history, rights, nor the Constitution<\/p>\n
