It Only Takes One-Half\u00a0the House\u00a0to Impeach\u00a0a Sitting President !<\/strong><\/h1>\n

\n Why are\u00a0Iran’s leaders always raising their fists\u00a0while America’s leaders are always shrugging\u00a0their shoulders\u00a0and pointing\u00a0fingers? <\/em><\/p>\n

Is\u00a0the United States Senate under Barack Obama becoming just like the Roman Senate\u00a0under Julius Caesar…\u00a0\u00a0an official rubber stamp for\u00a0his\u00a0orders?\u00a0\u00a0President Obama\u00a0signs executive orders as frequently as I write checks. He uses a pen and a phone like no other President in American history. He recently signed an executive order not to deport illegal aliens unless they\u00a0are convicted of committing another crime. \u00a0He\u00a0 refuses to enforce our nation\u2019s\u00a0immigration laws.<\/p>\n

Now President Obama is going to sign a so called\u00a0“executive agreement”<\/em> with\u00a0a hostile government\u00a0in Iran.\u00a0It endangers the security of the entire Middle East\u00a0and threatens our own safety\u00a0right here at home. It also promises to\u00a0unleash a nuclear arms race in the world\u00a0that\u00a0no genie can put back in the bottle.\u2026\u00a0Obama says he is doing this in the name of normalizing relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Almost daily you can hear Iran’s leaders pledge death to America and to our ally Israel. Iran still supports various terrorist organizations all across the globe.\u00a0Obama’s\u00a0deal with Iran will\u00a0only help to empower the hostile regime in Tehran\u00a0and it will only further destabilize the Middle East.\u00a0It will bring the whole world\u00a0closer to the brink of war. If the Shiites in Iran ever get a nuclear bomb than the Sunnis in Saudi Arabia will insist on having\u00a0one of their own. They aren’t going to\u00a0wait\u00a0for\u00a0the Pakistanis or the Israelis to defend them.<\/p>\n

\"Iran<\/a>Iranians keep insisting that they are only accumulating nuclear material for peaceful purposes and they have a right to the peaceful use of\u00a0atomic energy.\u00a0Let me\u00a0remind\u00a0you that since the meltdown of the Japanese nuclear power plant at Fukishima no country on earth except for possibly China\u00a0is building\u00a0anymore nuclear power plants. Most of the nuclear power plants\u00a0in operation are slowly being phased out. When their licenses expire they will not be renewed\u00a0.\u00a0So why is it so reasonable\u00a0to assume that the Iranians are\u00a0telling\u00a0the truth about all of the uranium they are amassing?<\/p>\n

Meanwhile back here at home Barack Obama is threatening to bring down\u00a0this\u00a0constitutional republic with all of\u00a0the executive orders he has issued over the last six and a half years. Our Republican Congress is\u00a0not doing anything at all to stop him. I’ve seen many photos of\u00a0Barack Obama since he was\u00a0elected in 2008,\u00a0 but the one at the top of this article is\u00a0the most\u00a0characteristic of his attitude when it comes to following the Constitution. He is acting like a self appointed dictator\u00a0instead of a duly\u00a0elected President whose authority is\u00a0constrained by the limits placed upon him in the Constitution\u00a0which\u00a0he swore to uphold.<\/p>\n

Congress also has\u00a0responsibilities\u00a0that its members\u00a0have sworn to uphold\u00a0and it’s about time that they start\u00a0upholding them. Their responsibilities are\u00a0set forth\u00a0in Articles\u00a0I and V.\u00a0It is the responsibility of Congress\u00a0to\u00a0impeach a\u00a0President who refuses to\u00a0comply with\u00a0the Constitution. It doesn’t matter if that President\u00a0happens to be the first Black President in American history.\u00a0The Constitution doesn’t make an exception for being President while Black (BPWB).<\/p>\n

The United States Constitution requires a two-thirds vote of the Senate to approve a treaty even if the President of the United States\u00a0is Black and he decides not\u00a0to call it a treaty. He can call it whatever he\u00a0likes but it is still a treaty. A rose by any other name\u00a0smells just as sweet.\u00a0The Constitution requires a two-thirds vote of the Senate to approve a treaty but it\u00a0only takes one-half of the members of the House\u00a0of Representatives to impeach\u00a0a sitting President… one-half plus one.\u00a0I\u00a0hope that the Senate will have the courage\u00a0not to\u00a0approve this treaty with Iran and the House of Representatives will vote to impeach Barack Obama.<\/p>\n

He is a\u00a0one man Constitutional\u00a0wrecking ball\u00a0right there\u00a0in the\u00a0Oval Office\u00a0and he is getting away with\u00a0it all because he has\u00a0that\u00a0thick coating of black Teflon\u00a0all over him\u00a0which is preventing him from being impeached.. It\u00a0 seems to be\u00a0preventing\u00a0him from\u00a0receiving the usual recourse\u00a0that is\u00a0handed out to\u00a0Presidential transgressors\u00a0who violate their Constitutional authority and exceed the limits of their power.\u00a0 This\u00a0is creating a dangerous precedent for future American Presidents and\u00a0it\u00a0has to\u00a0be stopped.<\/p>\n

Many Americans\u00a0are\u00a0growing\u00a0disheartened and discouraged\u00a0as the mainstream media keeps pounding away with\u00a0their progressive propaganda. The rest of\u00a0the country is too busy watching their favorite T.V. sitcoms to notice or even care about what is actually going on in their country. For months now the media has been reporting that the Obama Administration is negotiating an “agreement” with the government of Iran to limit their nuclear weapons program in return for the lifting of economic sanctions. Today National Public Radio said that an agreement has finally been reached with the Iranians and\u00a0six\u00a0other nations. They reported that it was \u201ctechnically not a treaty.\u201d<\/em> \u00a0N.P.R.\u00a0claimed\u00a0that\u00a0since it\u00a0wasn’t\u00a0really a treaty\u00a0therefore Congress did not have to approve it.\u00a0King Obama\u2019s executive authority to enter into this binding agreement with\u00a0a hostile foreign nation is supreme they said.\u00a0If so then he is just like the Supreme Leader of Iran with whom he is negotiating this\u00a0treaty\u00a0if it doesn’t require the usual Advice and Consent of the Senate.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The truth is that\u00a0President Obama is not supreme. He is not like the Ayatollah of Iran with whom he is negotiating. His\u00a0authority does not supercede\u00a0the United States\u00a0Constitution. We have\u00a0this little thing\u00a0in\u00a0our Constitution called\u00a0checks and balances.<\/em>\u00a0Congress is just as\u00a0important as the\u00a0White House.\u00a0In Article II Section 2 of the\u00a0Constitution it reads, “He (the President) shall have power by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate to make treaties provided that two thirds of the Senators present concur<\/strong>…”<\/em><\/p>\n

Miriam Webster defines a treaty as, \u201can agreement or an arrangement made by negotiation between two or more\u00a0consulting parties\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n

Secretary of State John Kerry<\/p><\/div>\n

Whatever was negotiated in Geneva, Switzerland between the\u00a0Obama Administration and the government of Iran\u00a0is a treaty no\u00a0matter what John Kerry, Barack Obama,\u00a0or National Public Radio\u00a0chooses to call it. This treaty was negotiated between Iran and\u00a0six other countries including the United States\u00a0by our Secretary of State John Kerry. He\u00a0was one of the principle negotiators and he was acting on the\u00a0behalf and at the behest of Barack Obama.<\/p>\n

It is neither arbitrary nor optional for the Senate to offer their Consent\u00a0on the Iranian arms deal. It is\u00a0mandatory. \u00a0The Constitution\u00a0requires it. The Constitution also requires a formal Declaration of War\u00a0before America can\u00a0start bombing another country like\u00a0President Obama is doing in Syria and Iraq and previously in Libya. The Constitution\u00a0insists on\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

It is time for America to stop fighting wars without actually declaring them. It is time for American Presidents and members of Congress to stop\u00a0swearing\u00a0an oath\u00a0to uphold the\u00a0Constitution without actually\u00a0doing it… \u00a0and it is time for this President to stop making agreements with foreign nations without the Advice and Consent of the Senate. It is time for the Senate and the House of Representatives\u00a0to fulfill their Constitutional obligations too.\u00a0 It is\u00a0time for Congress to impeach President Obama. That is the plain and simple truth in black and white so everyone can understand\u00a0it and it has nothing at all to do with the color of\u00a0anyone’s skin.<\/p>\n
