<\/a><\/p>\nGlobal Warming or Climate Change…<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n or is it about Time for an Explanation Change?<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n By Scott Rohter, December 2013<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n “Climate change is not\u00a0a science. It is\u00a0science fiction! \u00a0It is\u00a0even less of a science than political science which is not a\u00a0science at all.”<\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n The temperature outside is a chilly minus ten degrees. I am not in Alaska. I am in Oregon,\u00a0yet I\u00a0don’t live in the mountains. I\u00a0live\u00a0around the edges of the\u00a0Willamette Valley where the elevation is\u00a0only about 400 feet above sea level.\u00a0So what is going on with the weather\u00a0here in Oregon and the climate in the rest of the world? Is this what liberals call global warming or climate change, or is it about time for an explanation change?<\/span><\/p>\n Right now there is an Arctic air mass heading\u00a0straight for\u00a0the Midwest\u00a0and\u00a0the people back there are bracing for extreme cold weather. Personally I think it is about time for an explanation change. I\u00a0think we need to have a candid discussion about all of the\u00a0politically correct\u00a0science\u00a0surrounding the so called theory of “global warming”.Then we need to take a cold, hard look\u00a0at all of the facts\u00a0surrounding what is\u00a0really going on with the weather.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The only thing man made about the climate are all of the ridiculous assertions and explanations that are now being put forward by\u00a0liberals in order to explain it.\u00a0 All of the theories about anthropogenic global warming\u00a0are in reality the baited hook being used to lure\u00a0the nations of the world \u00a0into\u00a0a\u00a0new kind of world order, and\u00a0this\u00a0New World Order\u00a0is\u00a0being orchestrated by the United Nations. <\/a>\u00a0Everything else you hear or read about climate change is a lot more cloudy, but at least that much is clear…\u00a0Climate change\u00a0is not a science. It is science fiction. It is more about making money than it is about making the earth’s climate any better. <\/span><\/p>\n At first climate scientists\u00a0said that the\u00a0earth was being affected by global warming\u00a0so we\u00a0had to\u00a0stop burning\u00a0fossil fuel because\u00a0fossil fuels release greenhouse gases into the atmosphere when they’re burned. By the way I don’t burn\u00a0fossils. I burn\u00a0diesel or\u00a0gasoline in\u00a0my engines\u2026\u00a0or at least\u00a0that’s what I used to burn before\u00a0paranoid liberals got their hands on the state and federal agencies responsible for regulating it. \u00a0Now\u00a0the\u00a0mixture\u00a0I put in my gasoline tank is part gasoline and\u00a0part ethanol, but\u00a0there are still no little fossils in it!\u00a0 In order to please these radical liberals\u00a0our government started requiring\u00a0oil companies to\u00a0add MTBE (Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether) to the gasoline. For more on the environmental\u00a0disaster caused by adding MTBE to gasoline please\u00a0read the corroborating link at the end of this article.\u00a0 MTBE <\/span>was\u00a0discovered to be\u00a0extremely toxic to the environment so after first\u00a0requiring\u00a0all of the gasoline\u00a0sold in the United States to\u00a0contain\u00a0this additive\u00a0the\u00a0authorities\u00a0eventually realized their\u00a0mistake and\u00a0banned it altogether starting in California.<\/span><\/p>\n Today most gasoline\u00a0is mixed with 10% ethanol\u00a0thanks to our paranoid, radical, greenies, but now they are pushing\u00a0hard to increase the amount of that ethanol in the gas. They want to raise the amount\u00a0 from 10%\u00a0to 15%.\u00a0\u00a0Ethanol\u00a0is\u00a0harmful to the rubber seals and gaskets in\u00a0the fuel systems of small engines\u00a0so you can’t leave\u00a0the gas\u00a0in\u00a0the lawn mower\u00a0over the winter without the risk of springing a leak in the summer.\u00a0You have to drain the gas\u00a0out of\u00a0the engine before putting it in storage.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Liberals are always trying to make things better. The only problem is that they are usually trying to improve the\u00a0same things that they have previously destroyed by\u00a0legislating\u00a0their\u00a0ignorant opinions upon the rest of society. As I said I don’t burn fossil fuel in my engines and I never have. I burn\u00a0gasoline or diesel…\u00a0 and it is debatable whether the oil\u00a0which is used to produce that gasoline\u00a0or diesel actually\u00a0comes from\u00a0little fossils or not. It could be\u00a0the result of an ongoing\u00a0chemical process occurring deep\u00a0within the earth that has nothing at all to do with the ancient remains of little sea shells or the bones of\u00a0prehistoric dinosaurs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Now the so called\u00a0environmental\u00a0experts are telling us that the current global weather patterns can be explained by a phenomena that most of them\u00a0used to call global warming but now they prefer\u00a0to call it by its more politically correct name… climate change. The\u00a0name change comes after it was proven that climate scientists were fudging the data\u00a0they were collecting on global warming several years ago at East Anglia University in England. The\u00a0actual scientific data showed that the earth was not really\u00a0warming. This was the first explanation change. It occurred\u00a0when they\u00a0switched their terminology from global warming to climate change. It was the first acknowledgement that something was wrong with their theory. The earth was not\u00a0warming across the\u00a0entire planet.\u00a0Global warming was not\u00a0global. It was\u00a0only regional\u00a0or local. The weather patterns were\u00a0just shifting. This is a much less catastrophic\u00a0scenario than the actual\u00a0warming of the whole planet, but they have never\u00a0publically admitted that…\u00a0 and why should they? It would not\u00a0help\u00a0motivate the masses of misinformed\u00a0people who are used to listening to\u00a0nightly environmental sermons\u00a0on the news\u00a0which are designed\u00a0to help them make the fundamental changes in\u00a0lifestyles that\u00a0social engineers\u00a0want to\u00a0them\u00a0to make\u00a0like burning less fossil fuel, but paying more for the energy\u00a0they use so instead they\u00a0just continue with all of the fear mongering.<\/span><\/p>\n Shifting weather patterns\u00a0do not pose the same\u00a0cause for alarm that global warming does, but\u00a0liberals\u00a0keep acting like they do. They\u00a0keep\u00a0claiming\u00a0that\u00a0the earth’s\u00a0shifting weather patterns are\u00a0just as dangerous\u00a0as global warming is and they insist that the earth’s shifting climate\u00a0is\u00a0caused by the same combination of\u00a0anthropogenic factors\u00a0that\u00a0their discredited theory of global warming was. They are trying to convince the whole world that\u00a0shifting weather patterns are\u00a0caused by burning fossil fuels and the solution to the problem is\u00a0still\u00a0the same. We\u00a0 have to reduce our carbon footprint or the oceans\u00a0will rise and\u00a0flood the land. In order to save the\u00a0earth from\u00a0this impending disaster\u00a0we\u00a0will all have to pay more for the privilege of burning\u00a0fossil fuel. All that remains of\u00a0those little prehistoric\u00a0sea anemones and liquefied dinosaur bones\u00a0which\u00a0have been refined into\u00a0the gasoline\u00a0that we all put in our tanks are the cause of the whole problem. That is the message they keep repeating… and everyone has to do our part by paying\u00a0higher prices and making\u00a0the other painful sacrifices imposed on us by our\u00a0justifiable concern for the environment.\u00a0 That is the message\u00a0that is preached by the global warming alarmists..\u00a0 It\u00a0is a bogus sermon. <\/span><\/p>\n While we are on the subject of\u00a0preaching and sermons let me ask you\u00a0a simple question. What does the Bible have to say about global warming?\u00a0 It actually says something.\u00a0 It says that global warming\u00a0is\u00a0going to happen, but when it\u00a0occurs it will not be man made. It will be Heaven sent and there will be nothing that anyone on earth can do about it except to repent of their sins and turn from\u00a0their wicked ways\u00a0and\u00a0accept Jesus Christ as\u00a0their personal savior…\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n “And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun and power was given unto it to scorch men with fire… and men were scorched with a great heat and blasphemed the name of God which hath power over these plagues and they repented not to give him glory.”\u00a0 <\/em>-Revelation 16:9-10\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Does that sound like the real solution to\u00a0global warming is selling more carbon credits and burning less fossil fuels? You see\u00a0global warming\u00a0will be real one day, but\u00a0when it comes it won’t be caused by man and there won’t be anything that\u00a0anyone\u00a0can do about it either. It will be\u00a0the judgment from God upon an unbelieving earth.<\/span><\/p>\n Of course the preachers of anthropogenic global warming don’t believe in the Bible and they certainly don’t believe in the book of Revelation. They believe in their own\u00a0thoughts and their own conclusions\u00a0even though they fudged all of the scientific data on global warming. They also believe that they are the masters of their own souls.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I don’t know about you, but something smells pretty fishy about all of the fear mongering being put out by the politically correct scientists\u00a0led by\u00a0the United Nations. \u00a0It\u00a0might be\u00a0the\u00a0odor of\u00a0little sea shells\u00a0being\u00a0slowly refined into\u00a0the gasoline\u00a0I put in my tank but it smells more like the stench that originates at the juncture of business and politics where unprincipled con-men\u00a0like Al Gore\u00a0reap\u00a0huge profits by exploiting the ignorant fears\u00a0of\u00a0the masses\u00a0by pushing their\u00a0idea of\u00a0carbon\u00a0credits on\u00a0the world\u00a0and\u00a0convincing people to invest in alternative forms of energy. That’s what it actually smells like to me.<\/span><\/p>\n Whatever\u00a0it turns out to be that is causing\u00a0such a stink\u00a0about global warming\u00a0it will\u00a0soon become known, but in the meantime these same climate alarmists are\u00a0now warning us\u00a0that the ocean temperature is rising too. You know what the solution is\u2026 We all have to burn less fossil fuel of course and pay more for the privilege\u00a0of burning\u00a0the\u00a0little fuel that we\u00a0are still allowed to\u00a0burn\u2026 That should send the price of electricity skyrocketing through the roof\u00a0like President Obama said\u00a0he wanted to do. <\/span><\/p>\n I don\u2019t know how all of the self proclaimed\u00a0climatological experts like Al Gore can\u00a0be so sure of themselves\u00a0when the plain simple truth of the matter is that they have been wrong most of the time. Maybe they\u00a0have to appear to be\u00a0so sure of themselves because they have so much money invested in\u00a0alternative forms of energy and\u00a0carbon trading schemes\u00a0that they just ca<\/span>nt\u00a0afford\u00a0to\u00a0tell\u00a0the truth anymore<\/span><\/p>\n If you liked this article please sign up for my Free RSS Newsfeed at the top and bottom of the page.
