A Crippling Sense of Entitlement<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0With Whom We\u00a0Quarrel<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n By Scott Rohter, November 2012<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I turned on\u00a0the radio\u00a0in the morning just to hear what\u2019s left of the so called \u201cmorning news\u201d and on came the unwelcome voice of Barack Obama. I hurriedly reached for the control knob to turn down the volume because I don\u2019t want to hear him. I can\u2019t even stand the sound of his voice anymore. His\u00a0annoying little inflections whenever he talks, and all of the \u201cuhs\u201d and the characteristic pauses when he speaks just make me want to cringe. I know I am not alone in my disdain for this man who is single-handedly trying to destroy our Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. Almost sixty million people did not vote for him in the last election!\u00a0He has no mandate to do anything!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n When you think of it though, our anger at Barack Obama is really misdirected. By himself he is just one man, but he represents the will of\u00a0more than\u00a0half the people that voted in the last General Election\u2026. about 50.7% to be exact (if you can\u00a0believe those numbers). But putting aside the veracity of these\u00a0vote count\u00a0for a moment, without those 62,611,250 voters, Barack Obama could do nothing of consequence, and I wouldn\u2019t even have to\u00a0hear the irritating sound of his voice on the radio this morning. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n So in\u00a0a very real\u00a0sense the problem is not actually Barack Obama.\u00a0The problem\u00a0is those sixty two million voters who elected him to be their President. He expresses their<\/span> will and their<\/span> personal aspirations. It is with them that we have a\u00a0quarrel. Our anger should be directed at the slightly more than one-half of the voters in our country who chose to vote for Barack Obama\u2019s big government policies over those of his better qualified opponent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Our quarrel is with those Americans who don\u2019t want to work for what they have. Instead they just expect the government to keep giving them things… for free! Our quarrel is with those Americans who believe that they are entitled to free government healthcare. \u00a0Our quarrel is with illegal aliens who think they should have the freedom to continue to break our immigration laws and receive free medical care while they are here in our country.
