Is Donald Trump really the President ?
By Scott Michael Rohter, September 2017
Average Americans elected Donald Trump to be President, but who is really running this country? It sure isn’t Trump… and it’s obvious that it isn’t the American people who voted for him. A majority of voters in a majority of States elected Donald Trump to be our 45th President. That is why he sits behind the Lincoln Desk in the Oval Office. It wasn’t by merely winning a plurality of votes in New York and California like Hillary Clinton did which is why she is not the President and Donald Trump is the President of the United States. A landslide victory in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles is not enough to sit at that desk and it doesn’t matter how many disgruntled Democrats try to convince you otherwise.
The President of the United States is the President of all the States in America, not just two or three of them. This may come as a complete shock to some of the liberal loons on the nightly news who try to tell you that winning the popular vote is all that matters. The President of the United States is the President of all the States in spite of all the illegal aliens without proper documentation who voted in our election without the proper proof of citizenship who claim that Donald Trump isn’t “their” President… Actually they don’t have anything to say about it. They don’t even belong here. Who cares what they think?
Donald Trump is the President of the United States no matter how many dead Democrats rise from their graves on election day in Chicago and make that obligatory pilgrimage to the voting booth in order to pull the lever and cast their ballot for whichever Democratic happens to be running that year. Donald Trump is our President no matter how many Harvard, Princeton, and Yale educated liberals refused to vote for him. In order to be President you have to win a majority of votes in a majority of States. That is the truth no matter how loud and often disgruntled leftists protest in the streets, burn effigies of him, and destroy property, but just because he sits in the Oval Office, that does not mean that the real powers behind our government, which actually run this country will allow him to fulfill all the duties and obligations of that high office… Average Americans elected Donald Trump to be our President, but average Americans do not decide if he will actually be allowed to govern or not. Why do I say that?
Donald Trump has a plan to prohibit travel to America from countries that are classified by the State Department as havens for terrorism. Has the Travel Ban from six Muslim counties actually been implemented? Federal District courts have blocked it, and when the United States Supreme Court overruled these lower Courts in a unanimous decision, more liberal attorneys in Hawaii and Washington challenged that ruling and filed suit again to block it… The result is that the lower courts blocked it again. Who ever heard of such a thing?… a lower court blocking a unanimous decision of the Supreme Court?
Donald Trump has a plan to prevent illegal aliens from crossing our southern border with Mexico… He wants to build a Great Wall… Has it been built yet? Has it even been started? What is preventing this wall along our border with Mexico from actually being built?
Donald Trump wants to repeal and replace ObamaCare… Has it been repealed and replaced?… Though Congressional Republicans voted many times to repeal ObamaCare during the eight years when Obama was President, they have not voted even once successfully to repeal it now that Donald Trump sits in the Oval Office.
Donald Trump wants to prohibit so called “transgender people” from serving in the military. To serve in the armed forces you have to be mentally as well as physically fit. A man who thinks he is a woman is obviously not mentally fit. Therefore he should not be allowed to serve in the military… This isn’t rocket science. It’s just common sense. Has the President been able to implement his ban? General Mattis, the Secretary of Defense has refused to enforce the policy.
I am beginning to wonder if Donald Trump really is the President? He tweets that we are done negotiating with North Korea over their provocative nuclear weapons testing. Meanwhile his Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson assures the whole world that we stand ready to negotiate with the little dictator in North Korea… Who really is in charge in Washington?… It sure doesn’t seem to be Donald Trump. Is he really the President, or is he just the President in name only?
